Drag and Drop
Copy and Paste
Open file then Save as
Most of the time, I just open the source and target folders (the target being my memory stick), then I right click on the files (or files if I have more than one) in my source folder and drag them to my target folder and let go of the right button and select copy here. Anytime I want to move or copy files, I always use the right mouse button so I do not drop the file in a place I do not want them to go...it gives you the option to cancel.

You forgot to tell us your system configuration, so this answer is generic for you.
Stick the stick in the multi-card reader where it has a port for memory sticks. Now use the memory stick as a hard drive. It will show up on Window Explorer.
Once you find it, copy and paste just like it was two hard drives.

You select the file, then you copy the file, then you go to the drive letter of your usb stick, open it with a double click and paste the file. Select copy and paste are functions under your right mouse button.

If you want a easy and fast way. open the run box and type "sendto" without the quotes. Then open my computer and drag the flash drive or a folder in the drive to the sendto folder and make shortcut here. Close all and the next time you want to sent things to your flash drive, it will be in your right click in sendto.

Hi. Fiona is right, but the drive letter may not be E: . Click on "My computer" for a list of attached drives. Then just copy and paste to your hearts content!

Drag and drop is the best way to do as you get exact replica of your work. Save As will save whatever is on the screen and may be different from what is on your hard drive.

insert the flash drive into one of your open usb ports, double click the my computer, double click the flash drive that shows up, and drag file to it. You can also copy / cut and paste them there. It acts like any other storage device while it is connected.

The easiest way would be to creat a shortcut for it on your desktop then drag & drop items to it from there. Hope this helps.
