Yes! I'm sick and tired of my parents having double standards on my brother and me. I moved out but my brother told me last night he brought home his younger girlfriend at 2 in the morning on a school night and she didn't leave til 5 in the morning! And my parents didnt give a ****. When I lived there, i got grounded for a month because I closed the door of my room to watch a movie with my boyfriend!

You got it! These neighbors were putting in new speakers in their car. To say the least they would play it loud rap crap too. This went of for at least 2 hours.
