Hell no. Why would you sue for doing something you know is bad for you. Can I sue my drug dealer if I o.d? People are so dumb.
It's not the company's fault that you smoke- it's your choice. Just like McDonalds is not to blame for you stuffing your face with Big Macs all day long.
Common Sense people- c'mon!

First, try to prove that tobacco causes cancer. You can't. The only true way to prove it is to clone someone and have one smoke and the other not but neither of them can be in a city.

If you really want to sue someone, sue Al Gore, his family made their millions from tobacco sales.

undemanding honey, this is all attorneys and their greed! The gadget is layout and ran via them for their own benefit. this is all approximately making attorneys funds and screwing the persons. and because judges and maximum politicians are criminal experts, they help one yet another out. Why make human beings be to blame for their own strikes, once you may take the duty removed from, and place it on the tobacco businesses, that have funds, and make some thousands and thousands in the approach. Did cigarette businesses misinform human beings approximately easy cigarettes? may well be they did, yet each and every style of anti smoking merchandising that i've got seen, continuously generalize approximately ALL tobacco cigarettes, prevalent or lighting fixtures. all of us understand that each and one and all smoking is undesirable for you. So come on, human beings would desire to take duty for their strikes. it may be like a killer suing knife manufactures because of the fact he concept that small knives have been much less risky than great knives. Come on, all of us understand that even a three" small knives can kill if used desirable.

Everyone knows cigarettes cause cancer. It is posted in every pack. No one is forcing you to smoke, so why don't people take responsibility for their own actions?

No, if you choose to smoke, then it is your responsibility to deal with the consequences. No one can force you to inhale, you do it because you want to. People need to take responsibility for their actions, and stop blaming society.
