where P = pressure, V = volume, n = number of moles, R is a constant, and T is temperature.

A couple of assumptions that the ideal gas concept is based on are 1) there are no intermolecular forces, and 2) the volume of the molecules is zero.

obviously real gases will deviate from the ideal case at some point and "corrected" relationships are available.

To a first approximation in the ideal gas law...no.

That assumes that the temperature, volume, and number of molecules is the same for purposes of comparison.

What is critical is the number of gas molecules, not the elements or molecules involved.
