No doubt three of the most cynical a$$ H@!e$ in all of Japaneese animation as far as older brothers go. Who do you think would win in a fight? Although i think Itachi is definetly the most sinister, I pick sesshomaru to win (personal fav since inuyasha was my first anime)

Lets not forget that Sesshomaru is an upper-class full blood demon with poisonous blood (cutting him out of the question) and a hand full of other tricks, he's a little tougher than kakashi and then Byakuga's bankai is almost impossible to dodge not to mention all the different spells he knows. And Mangekyo Sharingan.has limited use. come on ppl put more thought into it

itachi would be my pick, just because we still haven't seen his most bad-est moment (killing his own clan doen't impress me, so kam bate itachi, i know you could be more evil =p)
but of all my reading manga and watching tons of anime, i still haven't found my favourite anime villain =(
