I am uncircumcised and my foreskin is stuck to the bottom of my corona, on the other side of the frenulum, and also to the left of the frenulum. Please help. i tried stretching and it is not working, one time, i stretched so hard that i ripped a piece of the adhesion off along with a piece of my corona, and it was completely bare. The adhesion is still there and the part i ripped off really stings. i am considering circumcision.

I would get circumcised but my parents want me to think for 6 more months but, i want to somehow get these adhesions off first so i can see how being uncut is to the full extent

This usually happens due to lack of cleaning it when you were younger.

My only advice is to try stretching it back when you shower, since water makes it a lot easier. Try it gradually and don't force it. See if you notice any results over a few weeks. That's all I did and it worked for me; never had a problem since. You mention that there's one on top and on the left, so I'm guessing there was improvement being made? If so, continue at it.

Compared to adhesions as a result of circumcision (more common), these typically don't require surgery (because the skin did not heal into the head) but if it's held on quite tight it may take some time to separate.

I don't know if a steroid cream would help in this situation.

Adhesions can be common in young uncircumcised guys and especially in newly circumcised infants (actually, these adhesions in infant circumcisions are different and can be a lot worse leading to skin bridges). In some uncircumcised guys, the adhesions don't break until nearly the end of puberty so if you're still going through puberty, it might be a little while yet.

Your parents are probably right in telling you to think it over for another 6 months. To break the adhesions, just gently pull back your foreskin as far as it'll comfortably go and wash the area during a shower; it's important to proceed gently and not use too much force, as it can/will hurt if forced to break (as you can probably attest). It'll take time, so be patient.

Alternatively, you can ask a doctor to break it for you; it'll probably be unpleasant, but then it's over with and then your foreskin should be working fine (and you won't need a circumcision). I'm sure that once your foreskin works to its full extent, you'll probably re-consider circumcision. Circumcision also cuts down on a lot of sensitivity (see 1st link).

Anyway, good luck with that and I hope you do re-consider circumcision. See the 2nd link, it might provide something helpful.

Have you talked to your doctor about this? Circumcision is amputation, and thus, should be the last and most extreme resort. There are a number of other surgeries besides circumcision (preputioplasty for example) that can loose the tightness, but without requiring removal. Don't rip anything. Just talk to your doctor. Your penis is worth the minor embarassment it might cause.
