altering my tshirt?

I got a new t shirt from my hubby ( it advertises his business) and i want to alter it to make it my own , any ideas? it can be cutting, sewing whateva if you know any websites thats great too.

m not sure about websites etc...but sure can suggest you to try some fabric paints on it...or some fabric stitching......would look different n too cool....
