I want whats mine and he wont give it to me What do i do ?

This guy i was dating for a month, had just recieved a new labtop and he need the windows cd to download to his comp. I let him borrow it and we actually ended up not talking anymore becuase our relationship wasnt going anywhere. I decided to ask him for my stuff and he said sure no problem. Granted i have a few things of his. I have been trying to get my stuff back for three weeks he wont answer my phone calls or text message. He said we could meet at his job after work but he never called me to conform. He is not the smarted go to understand how much this cd cost. I called him yesterday and still no response. I need my stuff back and he is not trying to be coropertive what do i do? I cant take this any more. Not to mention I want to give him his stuff to but he seems not to want his belongings.
