Bush probably won't outright... however he'll sponsor corporations that trash the environment until eventually sharks will be forced to subsist completely on a diet of human swimmers...
Any other politician probably will too for the right price.
I bet New Zealand does have good surf! But at that point the sharks won't care to discriminate. :P'

Why on Earth would he do that? Are you just trying to rile up people? That's retarded..President Bush doesn't have anything against surfers and if he does he keeps it to himself because he doesn't want to offend people.
