I'm not sure the name..
but Scrubs has come out with a couple of soundtrack CDs..
Find them on a website like Amazon or some other site that will let you listen to 30 seconds of each song. Then you can find out the artiest and such.
I would tell you that itunes is a good place to look for Scrubs soundtracks, but it only has 1 of them and i think there is about 3
Also, if you know any of the lyrics, type the lyrics in with " + lyrics" at the end, and see if you can find an artist name or song title. This is sometimes diffacult though if the Lyrics are popular song-ish lyrics.

I think the episode is the first episode of the second season
The song is called "Overkill" by Colin Hay (from Men at Work)

I'm not really sure if its the right one, the theme song is
Laslo Bane, but the one coming to mind was Colin Hay, from men at work fame, I think it was called"Ican't get to sleep" I am probably a little off.

go to imdb.com or imob something liek that and look up scrubs they have a soundtrack on there, it might has the song your looking for

not sure if its it, but if its recent its the fray. Scubs uses alot of Fray songs
