depends on where you live. if it near the coast or some body of water go there, make it a campy cook out kind of thing, bring a couple frizbees and play altimate frizbee, or if you are no wheres near water, the classic movie night is always fun, pick out some of your favorite movies, invite your closest friends and make sure you have good snacks... or you could try rock climbing if you are adventurous

Do you want a theme party? One time when my sister turned 13 or 14 she had this Hawaiian themed party and people dressed up and drank virgin daiquiris and stuff.

have a sleepover and watch scary movies like Silent Hill and make popcorn and smoothies. Also, spending a day at the shore is fun... but u can only do that if u live near the coast.

Ask the people who you want to invite what their favorite music is and then choose from that. also ask them what they expect from a party. From that information i'm sure you can come up with a kick a$$ party

You take pieces of square bubble gum and put it in the bottom of a pile of flour on a plate. You place people in front of one another down a table and on "GO" (with their hands behind their back) they blow the flour away until they see the gum. Then they put the gum in their mouths and the first to blow a bubble wins..
Its fun.

how about a "Pretty in Pink" theme? Make it a Girl's Only party and have everyone show up wearing pink and have a pink cake, or pink cupcakes (yummy!) - make it really "girly girl" type of party (if you are into that type of thing?) It would be cute.... have fun, and happy birthday.
