I have a Snapper wide cut walk behind mower (4 speeds forward, one reverse). It has a 33 inch cutting width. My yard is pretty big (about 3/4 acre) with lots of trees and shrubs. The mower is very maneuverable and does a great job cutting. It is a mulch deck, so no discharge chute on either side...

The Swisher 24 in. Predator self-propelled walk-behind mower can clear the densest undergrowth and saplings up to 1-1/2 in. diameter with ease. It can clear 2/3 of an acre per hour.
I don't think it's for regular lawns. I believe the largest cut you can get on a regular lawnmower is 22'.
Swisher also makes a Self-Propelled Walk-Behind Mower — 42in. Cutting Width 11.5 HP Model# WB11542F for very large lawns.
