I have read many of her books and saw her at a lecture in LA. I think she is amazing! Anyway, in regards to your question, I found the best way, for me at least, is by meditation. She has a book on meditations you can get. I don't have that one yet but I plan on it and reading the meditations into a tape recorder then playing them to myself. What I would also suggest is buying her book "Contacting Your Spirit Guide." It comes with a CD at the end that is Sylvia reading a meditation. I've used this many times and met my Spririt Guide as well as deceased loved ones. My Mother in law who has passed also correctly told me when my husbands grandmother would die, it was my mother in laws mom. Also, try her son's book "My Psychic Journey"
All Sylvia Browne's book are good. Good luck and have fun!

Listen man, Sylvia Brown has already been exposed as a scam (twice, actually) - so don't believe any of the **** she tells you. There's no such thing as the other side. It's complete BS!
