It's stronger. '150' means it's 150 mg of the active ingredient, ranitidine. '75' means that it has 75 mg of ranitidine. So, if you need to take 2 75s at the same time, and 150s are less than double the price of the 75s then it is worth the money. Or you could stop eating whatever is giving you heartburn, but that would require self-control.
