All the ones I've found, like altavista's babel fish only give you the translated text but take the graphics out

Google and Altavista leaves the graphics in...

EDIT: If you mean they don't TRANSLATE the graphics, then that's the way it works. How do you translate a PICTURE any way? YOU may read it as text, but to a PC it's a bitmap and can't be "read" as text.

no one has invented a translator that can read text in an image.

some jerks use image to put foul language on their sites to bypass browser filters.
