I like something cutesy--nothing scientific like the first answerer said. First thing that came to mind was "What Goes Up, Must Come Down." I dunno, try to play with words.

Also try alliteration: "Bulbous Bouncing Balls", or somewhere around those lines. (I know it's lame, but this is coming off the top of my head.)

Rhymes are also fun: "A Fall for the Bouncing Ball" (Again, I know it's lame!!).

It takes time--play around with it!

How does different matting affect a ball's bouncing ability? Or something like that. It depends on what you are planning to use.

which material gives more "bounce to the ounce"?

i think your project sounds fun...you could really learn something useful from it. who knows...you could share what you've learned with toy and sports equipment manufacturers.
