1. run at least for 30 mins a day
2.eat right (yeah that means not those nasty fatty greasy chips).
3.have a plan or goal for what you are going too do too lose those calories.
4. have some of your friends do it with you so that your motovated!! :D trust me it works and its reall yfun.

This is my dieting tips that I keep on my fridge:
Cut out all refined sugar that includes white breads, rice, pasta, cereal, etc. Eat only lean protien, chicken, fish, turkey, etc and steamed veggies. GRILL ALOT!!! If you must have carbs, have brown rice or %100 whole wheat bread, only 1-2 slices. Exercise 30 or + minutes at least per dayand no soda or sugary drinks period. Drink 8-10 glasses of water, tea, low cal drinks. No alcohol, sodas, energy or 'vitamin' drinks. Stay away from fast foods and salads with high fat dressings.
If you stick to this for one week, you will have way more energy and you'll loose weight. But your energy will drop and you'll be cranky the first couple days then you wont even notice your old cravings after 7 days.

eat 5 SMALL HEALTHY MEALS a day (just trust me it works great because it keeps your metabolism up) and exercise at least 6 days out of the week for at least an hour its better if you can do at least an hour and a half but thats alot of time
ive been doin this for the last month and a half and so far i have lost 20 pounds and 6 inches in my waist its the only thing that ive found that works great and you have so much more energy because of the 5 small healthy meals

Work out a lot, and hire a personal fitness trainer! You could also start running in the morning and playing a lot of different sports. For example, you could join a soccer team with your friends. That way you're having fun AND getting in a good workout. That's always good, right? :)

Drink LOTS of water, like 3 or 4 litres a day. Dont eat for at least 6 hours before you sleep at night. Lots of fruit and veg. Cut down on 'white foods' such as bread, pasta, rice, cakes.
Get a body wrap at your beauty parlor.. good luck

Find a circuit program on line do it 3-4 times a week and eat healthy and less or
hire a personal trainer and they will get you ready.

eat lots of heathy foods [fruits, veggies]
drink lots of water

and exercise --> mostly running, situps; that kind of stuff...
