My entire computer screen has had a font increase, it is giant now. I also have no sideways screen outline. My laptop model is a Toshiba satellite with an intel celeron processor. It runs on XP also.

try in appearance or display properties in the control panel, increase resolution.

yeah, its the resolution. Change it to a high resolution like those guys suggested and the font should shrink.

start by changing the screen resolution.
Right click on desktop>properties>settings
also change the XP Theme to default
Right click on desktop>properties>Themes
