I went to Australia for the Ashes over December and January. It was a great trip despite the awful performance from the England cricket team..
Personally Xmas abroad in the warm is such a different and relaxing experience...no Aunty Doris to go on see on Boxing Day...etc....
We all have choices so make a positive decision and go abroad...going to Europe now is such a cheap option so pick a place and say do a long weekend....start small and see where it takes you...

We went away to Whitby last October, as the season ended. I can't cope without a holiday even if it means getting in debt for it, I need a holiday at least once a year.

The last holiday we had was Cyprus last June and it was great. We hired a car and really got to know the island.
Oh I want a holiday!
Edited to add: I forgot we went to Disneyland Paris last September and it was brilliant.

Last time i went on holiday i went to St. Mary(i live in jamaica) and i went to Pagee Beach to watch the boat races, eat fry fish and bammy and jam to some good 'ol Jamaican tunes.

My last holiday was my honeymoon back in 2001! We stayed in a caravan in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, England! I am going on holiday this year with my husband and baby (he will be 18 months old then) to Butlins in Minehead and I can not wait!!

Took a day trip Friday to the most beautiful beach in the world, with the most wonderful man in the world.
We ahd so much fun; wish it could have lasted forever.

At Christmas I visited my famioly that lives in New York and i love New York. In june i am going to Itally for 2 weeks and i am really looking forward to that.
