I have a salt water fish tank and catch fish small fish in my canal for it. I have caught several of these brown/black fish. They are no bigger then the size of a pencil eraser and are very round. They look like a seed floating in the water. I caught them all near sea weed. You wouldnt even know it was a fish if you didnt look very close to it. It is a hard fish, and usually floats around near the surface. Anyone have any idea what type of fish this is? Ive been looking all day on the internet but cant find anything. Thanks for the help!!!

I think it may be a baby puffer fish. Try going to saltwater fish.com or looking up the puffer.

I have had a similar experience and I have actually located larger fish of the species in larger peices of sea weed and they looked to me like small types of triggerfish.
