I need to work up on my quads for track and i need some exercises if you could help me

Also, the leg extension machine in the weight room will really focus on building up your quads. However, it's not a good idea to build up your quads a lot without strengthening your hamstrings also to balance yourself out.

You can squat, do leg presses and extensions, lunges, and some plyometric exercises concentrating on the lower body.
