How do you predict reactions? Like this:

Potassium phosphate and magnesium nitrate solutions are mixed.

I know what type of reactions there are and stuff, but do you do H O N Cl Br I F? And do you cross the charges in both the products and the reactants? Help!

2K3PO4 + 3Mg(NO3)2 ===> Mg3(PO4)2 + 6KNO3

As for the other parts of your question, you must be more specific.

well, i can't help you on the reactions part because im a little rusty ; ) i just know the chemicals you put up are
H: Hydrogen
O: Oxygen
N: Nitrogen
Cl: Chlorine
Br: Bromine
And i have no clue what you meant on the symbol 'F'. i think you meant it to be 'Fe' which is Iron.
This probably won't answer your question but it's the best i got
