- Get Educated. To be able to speak up you have to know about others cultures, you have to know the issues people are facing, you have to have knowledge.
- Educate Others. When you hear someone say something predjudice correct them. Do research papers and class speaches that address predjudice.
- Promote Cultural Competence. Make sure that teachers, doctors, psychiatrists etc.. have all had training in cultural competence. If not speak up for it. Go to the head of the department and demand it. Do not let teachers educate their students using predjudice ideas.
- Form Clubs/Organizations. Form clubs and organizations where people can come together and talk about stereotypes, predjudice, and how to fight it.
- Be an Activist. Join others in their fight to end predjudice. March on the streets if you have to. Write Congress if you have to.
- Don't Support Racist Media. If a movie or TV show is depecting a stereotype or something predjudice change the channel, walk out of the movie and demand your money back (i've done this by the way and it worked). Even if you really like that show or movie.
- Go to Cultural Events. Be involved in other people's cultures. One way to speak against predjudice is to support activities that are not predjudice. Go to a Pow-wow for example.
- Be Each Others Allies. Even if you belong to one group support other groups as well. Work with other organizations to support their causes and they will in turn support yours.
- Know Your Own Cultural Heritage. The best place to start is with oneself. Know your culture, it's practices, and have pride in it.
- Know Your Own Priveledge. We all have different privledges. Men should know they have priveledge in society over women. People with light skin should know they have priveledge in society over those with darker skin. It isn't right but if we know where life is easier for us we can make sure Not to take advantage of it or to at least know about it and help someone else out using our advantage.

Martin Luther King spoke out against prejudices
and he led by example. Sometimes our actions
speak louder. By leading our lives free of hate,
cling to values and model an open mind can we truly speak out against prejudices.
