Ha ha. I had to do this in elementary school. I tried bubble wrap and packing worms, and mine broke. The one who won, I don't know how they did it, but they suspended theirs inside the box with rubberbands. This way, there was nothing at all for the egg to touch when it experienced the impact from the fall. It just stayed suspended in the air. I still don't know how they did it, but if you can figure that out, you may have a good chance! It was in some type of cradle which was attatched to the rubberbands, which were attatched to the corners of the box, that's all I know from what I saw.

Pack it in water balloons. Be sure you don't fill them too full, they need to "give".
