That was funny dude, good way to get people to read your question.

Take it a little while before your workout, so your body has time to absorb it. Follow the directions. I like in low fat milk more than water. I would use two cups of milk instead of one cup of water.

It's up to you. Do what works for you.

Protein powder may take some getting used to. Over time, you might gradually increase the amount your use at one time. Maybe even double to 66 grams or so.

Read the label to see when you should take it, and check some fitness magazines for tips, too. I am not an expert, but i would suggest 2 hours or less before a workout and perhaps another protein shake within an hour AFTER.

Mix with water, eh? Doesn't sound very tasty. I always mix my protein powder with milk and a bit of chocolate drink powder (I like Ovaltine best). Fruit juices and/or real fruit are also good mixers for your protein shake.

My protein powder of choice is SHAKLEE Energizing Soy Protein (available in various formulations):

28 grams of powder = 14 grams of protein

Take some before you workout, and wait like a couple of minutes. Then workout.
