OKAY! I love makeup and for the past few years I had been on a mission to find the best long lasting eyeliner. Ive tried MAC, Clinique, revlon, Sue-Levitt and many other designer and store brands. The best liner is Radiance! It's a kohl liner that Wal-Mart sells for less than $3 and believe me it stays put all day! It's the best!

If you are going for some big time lasting eye liner, check out MAC makeup's 16 hour eyeliner.... it comes in a few different shades and it LASTS.... you actually have to use a specific eye makeup remover to take it off. You can walk through a car wash and this stuff won't smudge! Talk to the MAC counter consultant, they'll direct you. (MAC's located in either Macy's or Nordstroms)

I like Rimmel, it's fairly inexpensive, and it's easy to use. Try putting on your eyeliner before eyeshadow, so that the eyeliner is going on the eyelid instead of the eyeshadow. People put it on different ways, but I think that this will help, good luck!
You can find Rimmel at Walmart.

my search for that answer is still on going. BUT so far i would defintely advice you to go with the bobby brown 'long wear gel eyeliner" they come in this tiny tub thing and you need to apply it with a brush but from all the different eyeliners its the one that last the longest.
eyeliner doesnt last very long with me because i guess my eyes are very watery but i apply this one, then top it on with another and it last quite a long time.
i have tried revlong and bad girl christian dior and mac and my list keeps going from top brans to rite aid stuff, nothing.
bobby brown! and it lasts for a long time (the tub i mean)

I have tried most all of them because, the corner of my eye seems to tear or water on one side. So far the best I have found is MAC fluidline. It far surpasses all the rest. and time you figure up how much you spend on trying several out you could have paid for the better stuff. approx 15.00

sometimes oil is the main cause. an oil-control lotion over your lids before applying always helps with any eyeliner and eye make-up. i typically use MAC powerpoint eye pencil (dillard's, or they sometimes have their own store in the mall). it rarely wears off!

Have you ever heard of black markers, then you should get one. They come in different colors, even black ones that can give you thick looking eyelinings. Its okay. Even though eyeliners should be made by max factor or lady mcbeth, but these markers you can buy at office depot or target and they work better and stay on your eye linings longer. I'm a guy and I used to use this stuff from time to time to see how I'd look with eyeliner, but I quit it because once my mom caught me and she slapped me silly till I quit using black markers to graffitti my eyelinings.
