my hubby and i are trying to conceive and the doctor told us to take 300-500 mg of vitamin C a day. also there is a conception kit you can buy online it's like artifical insemination. you can use this kit in the privacy of your home. Some guy that keeps poping up on one of my groups tells everyone that honey is a cure all for both male a female fertility issues. Also cinnamon for women.

I still have one of the emails, I'll repost it here...

I'm throwing this in, too, the other ideas are good.

After you have sex, put your feet in the air. Maybe prop your hips up with a pillow. Stay there a good 10-15 minutes or until your feet start to go to sleep. I got pregnant right away without charting or fertility monitors.
