What are you in denial of when you know perfectly well what the truth is?

Actually that's an "oxymoron" I mean you can't be in denial if you know the truth. Denial is all about believing the lies yourself! Even though the truth is staring you in the eyes!

Denial sucks...it's only the outward actions that you go thru every day to maintain the status quo, when you know all along exactly what you are in denial of. There is no such thing as true denial unless you seriously are mentally ill. For most of us it is making choices, bad ones...easy ones...ones that don't cause upheaval in our lives.

Denial is such a negative word, if you know the truth and choose not to use it then surely that's positively taking control of your available choices?

Truth itself is merely a suggestion. Both its quest and its denial constitute a reaction to its elusiveness.
A better reaction would be no reaction. Go with the flow that flows with your stream and you will be one with the universe :)

That you dont want to admit to anyone else that it is true, you already know but you dont want to believe it. So really it isnt great because if you dont admit it then you dont think it is a problem and if it is not a problem to you then you dont think it needs to be solved. And to live with a problem that could be resolved forever brings your life closer to being a hobo

my confidence! it is a little low at the moment as have had a really tough year (wont go into detail) have applied for the probation service and am worried i have not the intelligence to do it.but i have just need to boost my confidence. so thanks for the question!
