Electronically timed-

In the electronic timing era, the fastest recorded time at the NFL Combine was 4.25 seconds by cornerback Fabian Washington in 2005

I heard that Ohio States Ted Ginn Jr. ran an unofficial 4.05-4.10. It wasnt actually recorded officiallly. Even though Ted Ginn has superhuman speed, I dont think he got a friggin 4.05. He ran an official 4.3 or something. I just know Deion Sanders got a 4.2something though.

Im pretty sure Joey Galloway ran like a 4.18-4.19 at the combine, i can't think of anything faster
