I'm 18 and this girl I used to babysit a few years ago was a pretty little girl but now turned out to be a real stunner, gorgeous and beautiful. Now she's 13 so I wondering if there's anything wrong about us going out or just being *friends*?

well a 5 year age difference wouldn't really be a big deal if you were like 26 and she was like 21, but 18 and 13 is kinda weird. i mean u've probably way more mature and experienced and stuff, and how much does a person change from 13 to 18? A lot. If i were you, i'd give it a couple years and see if you still feel the same.

18 and 13 should NEVER mix.. find someone your own age. And I don't care who you are, no 18 year old would realistically "love" a 13 year old CHILD. Because, a child is exactly what she is. It doesn't matter how long you've known her, or what the circumstances are surrounding this so-called "love" you have for her... Persuing this child could be seriously damaging to her long term. If you "love" her so much, have you ever taken that into consideration?

I don't think that it would be appropriate behavior on your part/They say that hell is paved with good intentions. You may be sincere about not wanting to hurt her,but you would not be the first person to lose control. An underage child and an 18 year old is a highly volatile combination. Be a friend from afar, and get someone closer to your age.

Right now there is a problem with it. She's really not old enough to be 'going out.' Plus, you are a senior in high school, if you haven't graduated yet, and she's what in 7th grade? That's a problem. 10-15 years down the road, there is no problem with it. I would give her time and let her get a little older.

13 will get you 30. Leave the child alone or you need to be locked up for a long time away from my grandchildren along with everyone elses.

In the state I live in some-one 18 or older can't really be with someone 17 or younger, but if you are just dating and her parent give you permission then there most likely is no problem.

I don't think that you should go out yet because the age difference is quite big. She is really just beginning her teenage years. Give it some time.
