My son plays runescape on our lappy and we play on the computer and don't seem to have that kind of problem. Have you got a programme like adaware and do you have the latest java installed?

The laptop seems fine but i think you should download spybot or ad aware and some firewall protection. It might be that the type of java is different. Why not go on rune scape as normal un till where it asks you for detail. then scroll down and chose unsigned java (it works for me). make sure you keep your work backed up on USB drives. Hope it works Enjoy :)

that means it's java script not necessarily the actual game. To be honest it doesn't take the worlds best compute to play that game, i'd say it's laptop friendly.

Hunting Chompies and Jubbly Chompies
Once you have your equipment together and have prepared some toads for bait, you are ready to begin hunting. You can only hunt chompies and jubbly chompies in the swampy hills south and west of Gu’Tanoth, so you won’t be able to place your toads anywhere outside that. A good general rule: if you can’t place a toad to bait a chompy or jubbly chompy, you won’t be able to hunt them where you are.

Occasionally the chompies and jubbly chompies won’t be impressed by your toads and will refuse to land, but moving to another location and trying again should, eventually, result in you getting to hunt some.
