If you never bruised before and just now starting you are probably lacking Iron in your blood. Thin blood will cause a whole lot of bruising [ I know I have lived with it all my life ].
Your best bet would be to go see your doctor and let them take a blood test of you and see what your real problem is.

It is very possible that you are experiencing an iron deficiency. You should see a doctor and unless you are a vegetarian eat more beef.
