How new are they? A day? A week? 10,000 miles? Were Genuine BMW parts used? What year is the car? Also, were the pads AND rotors replaced, like they should've been? Sorry I have more questions than answers, but your question was too vague.
I've found that with BMW brakes, Genuine parts is the best defense against squeeking.
Hope this helps, good luck.

The sound comes from the brake pad against the rotor and poor contact (in your case since they are new). You normally get that when the pad is worn out or your rotors are warped. Take it back to the shop if you just had them replaced. If not by you, go to a brake place and have them adjusted. If it's not the brake pads, the rotors will need to be "turned" if they are warped. Not an extremely expensive deal (but needs to be done if that's the cause) nor does it take a long time for the shop to do. I am not implying it's "cheap" either, just not that expensive.. Expensive is a relative term I realize, but you need brakes. If the brakes pads were new, the shop should have turned the rotors at the time if they were warped, so that's probably not it.

Depends on the year, but if it has more than 5 years on it, it could be the calipers aren't sliding on the sleeve-pin system as good anymore, taking it apart and cleaning the sliding assembly parts with a rag and some wd-40 helped noticeably on my '91 318is.
Beyond that, worn rotors can do it, as can worn bearings or a bad alignment, sometimes unevenly worn tires but now we're getting right nitty gritty, I'd be for cleaning or replacing those sleeves and pins (try cleaning first, half the time you need to replace the calipers as well when replacing and it's not cheap).

new brakes sometimes squeek for a little while, its a wax that they put on the brake pads, however it should go away within two or so days after application. If it doesnt then take it back and have them do it again.

They need time to mould into the profile of the discs. Do not do any heavy braking, try to control the braking distance for as long as you can
