Where is troy brown?? I haven't heard any news on what he will be doing next year........?

he announced last week that he intends to play football next year, and the Patriots will eventually show him the respect of giving him a 1 year deal, and odds are he will end up filling a similar role as last year

Not a Pats fan but respect them their system and there philosphy. Troy will stay another year though it might be as a fourth receiver or ick return because B.B has retooled the receiving corps. Nomore caldwll and gaffrey drops. Keep an eye on former pat david Patton released by Washington and Brady would love 2 have a familiar receiver

He is still with the Patriots...He has not been let go as a free agent, as some suggested...Nick D, that was a temporary move in 2005 that they did...They obviously resigned him...(Look at the date of the article)

Troy Brown is reportedly not signing with the Patriots. He delcined a switch to cornerback position so he will become a free agent

Last seen in the Patriots weight room. He was making retirement noises, but now will report to camp. (The AFC championship game should not be his last game, IMO)
I just read the guy quoting a 2005 article. Don't be fooled.

no news yet. he has said he is coming back to play this season though. i hope the pats give him at least 1-2yr contract. he is still very very skilled at many positions.
if they do let him go it will be for the extra picks next year.
