360 oblivion quests HELP.?

Question

Arghh, just bought Oblivion and I need 3 things:

1. Clean up my recieved quests so I can do one at a time.
2. Find a shop with GOOD summoning spells.
3. Is there a marker that tells you who to go talk to after you recieve a quest or not?

Too lazy to read booklet, I know everythin else though.

there really isnt a way to organize your quests

all of the summons are expensive, but i think the guy in the first floor of the university tower has a couple good ones

the arrow on the map and compass should tell you where to go. red means not in same area as you, green means in the same area/outside. also, if you look at your active quest, you should be able to hit "a" and the map will show you where you have to go.
