That's the line rental plus the minutes and texts you get included.
You pay £35 as long as you don;t use up more than your quota of minutes / texts. If you use more, you'll pay for them at whatever rates the company charges.

It includes line rental and a certain amount of minutes and texts. You can get cheaper than £35 a month. Mine is about £25 a month with 100 minutes anytime, any network and 100 texts. I started off on a higher tariff but found I was only using a small amount of my minutes and texts, they allowed me to change my tariff to a lower one after a period of time. Definitely worth shopping around!

No this usually also includes some phone calls, but it depends on the contract you sign. Line rental is included in Tarriff
