As long as the subject is my pet goat, he will excel against any 5th grader, but get off of that subject he would go down deeper then the titanic.

Just because has number of college degrees does always make the person "smarter." The lack of common sense approach to dealing with issues is biggest handicap of Bush.

Bush earned 2 Ivy League degrees. Those who continually question his intelligence are definitely not nearly as smart as the average 5th grader.
