i bought a 2GB sony memory stick pro duo of ebay and it was shipped the 20th. i've been tracking it, and it still just says that the label for it has been printed. the seller says he shipped it the 20th, but i dunno. i've tracked things before and it usually says its been processed somewhere or another. its shipping from california to alabama, but i got a price and delivery time estimate at usps.com and there it says first class(the way he should have shipped it if he did)would have gotten here on the 22nd, and its the 26th, and it didn't come in the mail today....... ten points to the best answer, or the person who makes me feel the best:)

If the seller used Delivery Confirmation, the Post Office does NOT have to scan it in when they mail it. It's only to prove the item was delivered. These are NOT numbers for tracking; only numbers to prove delivery.

You can rest assured if the postage was paid for (which it was if the tracking was through Paypal's label printing system), it's on its way.

Give it a few more days. I'm a seller and payments using First Class Mail have taken over a week lately.

My advice would be to firstly check with your local postal service to ensure its not waiting for you at a local office - this often works for my buyers!

From what I remember most items are covered up to $200 (minus a $25 processing fee) under eBay's standard purchase protection program.

Before you file a claim through this program, eBay encourages you to contact the seller (most issues can be resolved with a single phone call), or use a free online dispute resolution service like SquareTrade.

If you paid for your item with your credit card using PayPal, contact PayPal directly.

If you purchased the item outside of PayPal with a credit card, contact your credit card company. Most companies provide 100% online protection.

Whatever you do - contact the seller with your concerns and ask for their advice on what to do.

A critical note here is that your claim must be filed between 30 and 90 days after the listing ends. By the way, if you're at the point where you don't want to send another email to the seller without results, do check out eBay's Item Not Received Process (http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html) for help.

Good Luck
