How can I get more money?

Question

I'm 15 and getting a job at Pizza Hut working only 3 days and 3 hours a week. Thats only $40. My problem is, I need more cash because I want to buy a pc and other things so that I can get the hang of being an editor before I go to college.
And I would babysit, but I can't drive and my mom works from like 4:00 P.M. until really late. So, any ideas on how I can earn more $$??

I wouldn't worry about working spend more time doing school stuff, use the library computer. When you graduate college then you can work. Better getting the hang of being an editor in the library than at home with too many distractions. After college you can work as much as you like for way more money.

When I was your age I worked at a very busy grocery store. I used to make quite a good amount in tips per week as a bagger. I worked three to four days a week and almost 35 hours a week during summers.

I don't know how or if people tip at grocery stores these days, but you'll definitely need a job that tips.

Try doing yardwork for elderly neighbors or working longer shifts at Pizza Hut. If you have a bunch of video games, CD's or movies, sell them on Ebay if you haven't used them in the past 6 months or so. You can also sell clothing you have outgrown or shoes that are still in good condition. Just don't sell anything without asking your mom first, since more than likely she's paid for it to begin with!

15 year olds make less hours a week it all depends, but the law only requiresan 15year olds to work a minimum of 10 or more a week, or less.

well i have the same problem..15 year olds can only work so many hours i think its like 20 a week ...but you can babysitt for people that are near you so you could walk or mow lawns or something i dunt kno jus a suggestion
