Hawaii would be the only state with out borders. Every other state would either be bordered by another state or country.

Even Hawaii - it's just that "across the border" from Hawaii is International Water.

All of them have borders. If your teacher is trying to lead you to Hawaii as the answer, he is techniqically not right. Even Hawaii has borders. They are just not next to the island itself.

Hawai'i doesn't have land borders, but is bordered by the Pacific Ocean. Therefor, there isn't any state without borders. Best wishes

is this a trick question? every body of land has a border; Hawaii just happens to a be a state that's not landlocked or connected to another state.

Hawai'i has a Borders (14 in fact). Wyoming has the fewest Borders with 1. Sorry - they all do.
