He put it down on Friday and says it may take a few days, they run like crazy at nite! It has been like this for almost 3 weeks now. I can't sleep like this, any ideas?? Oh and won't I smell dead mice when they do die? He claims I won't notice anything different other than be like hey they aren't running anymore, I disagree, I would think they will stink my Apt up! I don't know what to think now! He claims the poison eats them from the inside out and I won't smell a thing, please give me some guidance! Or tips or something!!

I knew someone who used poison in mice, and when they started dying wtf. The smell lingered for at least a month. Open the windows and nothing still smelled terrible. Most rat poisons attach the central nervous system, but there still is a corpse. Contact your cities dept of housing affairs.

They will have to go outside for a water source (the decon works with water) and then they will die off outside. If the mice die in your wall you really won't smell them. One mouse can sound like 10 in your wall when they are running around and chewing. I swear they have wooden legs! If you have access to the attic or any place, through some moth balls around, that will help to deter them. If they die inside under your refridge or cupboards then you will smell them.

You are in for some real problems. There is nothing worse than the stink of decomposing mice in the walls. Your landlord should have hired a professional exterminator. I wouldn't want to be in that building now.

HE IS FULL OF S***. THEY WILL SMELL IF THEY DIE BEHIND THE WALL. TRY TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY ARE GETTING IN AT. UNDER THE SINK?, BEHIND THE STOVE OR REFRIGERATOR? INSPECT THE APARTMENT VERY THOROUGHLY AND SEAL THOSE AREAS UP.
