A few pounds of fat a month is the healthy way. If you go by weeks then its takes in the factor on water loss and if you are not eating right even muscle loss. Get your body fat percentage checked at least monthly, At if you loose too much weight too fast you have to worry about excess loose skin.

I lost 23 lbs in 7 days during wrestling. But let me tell ya you turn into a zombie with no brain for the next 2-3 weeks untill your body adjusts to it. not healthy but im sure people could lose more. just live in a plastic suit lol

If you loose 1 to 2 lbs a week, numerical odds you won't put it back on.

It depends how overweight you are, but a healthy pattern of 2-4lb's a week is best.
