Wash your forehead at least twice a day and apply Witch Hazel. Its a natural astringent and cheap too!
And it works.
Oh and wash your hands very well first.

USE ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB AND THE GENERIC BRAND OF PROACTIVE. ITS A LOT CHEAPER THAN THE REAL THING AND YOU CAN GET IT AT WALGREENS. IF ALL ELSE FAILS PREPERATION H TAKES AWAY THE PUFFINESS AND REDNESS.
