Our bodies are stong enough to withstand the weight of the Earth's atmosphere. To achieve this, we have internal pressure. Think of it as a force pushing outwards from inside our bodies, which meets the heavy weight of all the miles of air lying on top of us.
As soon as you get into space, the weight isn't there, but the pressure still is. You would literally pop.
And of course, you'd die soon enough from lack of air.

Yes you would die...if you stayed exposed long enough. But... If you held your breath, you could rupture your lungs. If you didn't try to hold your breath, you could 'maybe' survive for between 30 seconds to 2 minutes. You would likely suffer severe sunburn on any exposed skin , and possibly hypothermia from the cold, and bends from rapid decompression/recompression.
Astronaughts in training came close to these circumstances in an early training exercise, when a suit lost compression in a vacuume chamber. That was back in the 1965.

This would really be no different from holding your breath under water. Under water, the pressure is greater than normal while in space it is less than normal, but not a lot less - only one atmosphere less. You'd have no problem holding your breath - you wouldn't explode or anything. But most people start to pass out after holding their breath for more than 2 minutes, and after about 4 minutes, your brain would start to die from lack of oxygen. After about 6 minutes you would be dead from lack of oxygen.

If you went into space without a space suit you would explode due to the pressure within your body and the lack of pressure outside your body. Holding your breath would not be an option!

instantly.
it doesn't matter if you held your breath or had an oxygen tank..
if you had no space suit on, the lack of pressure would cause you die instantly because the body is not used to it...
also, the sun's UV rays would harm you so that you would die...

You would lose consciousness within about 5 seconds because your blood could no longer carry any oxygen to your brain under zero atmosphere conditions. That's still a little longer than it would take for your lungs to explode from a massive pulmonary embolism, killing you almost instantly.

You would bleed from your eyes, ears, finger and toenails, genetals, bellybutton, mouth and nose.
Your chest may well explode, or your thoat, from the vacuum forcing the air from your lungs- if you dont open your mouth in pain.
And if none of that kills you, then you would suffocate and medically die after 5 minutes once all the oxygen in your blood is used.

well since space is a vacuum, it'd suck out all your air and you wouldn't be able to inhale since the pressure difference is too great. you'd die in less than 2 minutes. the first minute you'd pass out.

There is no atmosphere in outer space, therefore you would be in a vacuum. But you would not suffocate from the lack of oxygen to breathe.
Since our bodies are primarily composed of water, as soon as you stepped out into space, the water would immediately boil. As it did, your body would simultaneously just explode in millions of pieces.
