yes you can, all you need to do is download the "msn messenger POLYGAMY" application which is just a java applet that will let you use your msn messenger using several MSN messenger accounts simultaneously

Only if you use a third party application such as Trillian. MSN may have an add on to make it possible.

if you are using an application that supports that such as Trillian or GAIM, but I dont think MSN messenger will support multiple users at once..

Yes you can, me and my cousin have one on the same computer. when she finishes with hers,she closes it and i have to re-enter my yahoo id back in and password.
