hmmm... well, you can do what i do and not wear any make-up. make-up, even the best kind falls apart especially when worn all day. When I see make-up falling off a girl's face, I think they are wearing alot and it must be heavy. So, try to apply, light tinted make-up. Or limit the amount you put on every morning. You can also try powder first, then foundation, so that your foundation has something to stick to. It also sounds as if your skin might be a little oily. Try those oil blotters, you know the blue ones that are made by clean and clear.

I am assuming since the foundation is expensive you don't want to purchase anything else until you have used this one up.
throughout the day take a Kleenex and pat your face all over to get the oil off your face. Then take a pressed or loose powder and re-powder your face.
If you like the brand you are using then get a foundation that is more matte.
Is your skin care keeping your skin in balanced condition because if it is not this could be causing your problems.
I have oily skin and I use a Salicylic Wash, Exfo Tonic and moisturizer. This has balanced my skin extremely well. I got it from Fifth Avenue Salon in Branson MO. I just order it from them.
As far as foundation I use Loreal cashmere, Tru Blend, or Dream Matte.

Your make up looks sweaty and icky because your face gets oily through the day...and its makes your make up slippery and wear off. I had the same problem...UNTIL
I bought Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets. They're about 2 bucks a package, they're little tiny tissue thin sheets, you wipe them over your face at school in the washroom when you're touching up your make up, and it absorbs all the oil ... it won't effect your make up...and it looks as though you washed your face and redid all your foundation and it's nice and smooth and dry. Works wonders!
***Also most girls think to keep applying powder to cover up the shine, but all you are doing is putting more make up and more oil onto your face and it looks cakey and messy. Not a good look. Oil absorbing sheets are the way to go.

You could reapply the powder during the day to keep your face soft instead of looking like you ran a mile and got sweaty (haha-that was the best analogy ever!)
