Troybilt products are still being produced. The parent Co. 'GardenWay Manuf.' sold out to MTD several years ago. My old Troy Built Pony tiller lunched a gear shaft last year (after 25 years of service) and parts were no longer avilable so bought a new 'Horse' model. Basically just clean your tiller, Change the oil, replace the gas and clean the filter on the carb. Check the tines and make sure everything is tight. To save yourself some headaches next year, drain the tank and run the engine until it runs out of gas before you store at the end of the season. Gas left in the carb can turn to varnish and cause the carb to malfunction. Good Luck.

Check their website or ebay or just try a google search. BUt we have a troy bilt pony and we just run the old gas out, clean the spark plug, clean the whole machine, inspect the tines and wheels to make sure all of the cotter pins are in good shape and then just go from there. Ours has never let us down but sometimes it is just too big for most of the jobs and we have to use our little mantis.

Is the gasoline old? If gasoline replaced into left in the tiller over the iciness devoid of stabilizer in it then it has in all possibility grew to become to varnish. Empty the tank and fill with clean gasoline. If it starts with commencing fluid then it rather is not the plug.
