what 2 wear? HELP ME PLEASE!!?

Ok, I have like barelly any money, and I need to update my wardrobe a little. I'm 13, I'm 5'2", I have NO waist, semi long kinda chubby legs, dirty blonde, NOT allowed to wear minis :-(, and not very tan. What are some good spring and summer outfits to wear?

if you're only 13 and have no money - you have many more things to worry about than keeping up with today's fashions!!! recycle what you have to get your own unique style ... who cares what everyone else is wearing be you!! you have plenty of time to have fun with your wardrobe... be creative!! that's the beauty of youth - don't 'conform' to what everyone else is wearing ..

Well this might sound silly but go out and buy short sleeve shirts on clearance for about 3 to 5 dollars in your size than take the shirts and cut patterns in your own style. It would look really cool and it would fit your own personality and your shape. And if you like shorts that is a like rough at the ends you can by cheap jeans you like and fit you and cut the jeans up to your knees and then and sequins by sewing them on. With a whole outfit you probably spent about 10 DOLLARS!!!

old navy, hollister, abercrombie and fitch, forever 21(if you want something classy), Gap, and stores like that. Those places are awesome for clothing in the summer and spring. And not expensive. Go with light fun colors, like pink, blue gree, orange, and those kinds of colors. and don't worry about not being tan, just go outside and sit int the sun for a while and you will get a tan soon enough if thats what you want. Capris and layered t-tops would be great for you! If you have some ragged out old pants, cut them off to capri length!!! Go get yourself some glitter paint at WalMart and decorate the pockets or hems. You can get long scarf's pretty cheap a the discount store to tie at your waist. HEY!! You can make a top out of those red bandannas..that's about $2.00. Or go with a "pillowcase" skirt...very cute and very hip.

kind of the spingy dresses that are mid length.

they don't have a waist so you would be okay there, your legs would not be shown as you cannot wear minis

dirty blonde, try a henna rinse, it is organic so it will not hurt your hair it will just tone up your natural color.

Okay. Abercrombie,hollister,macys,limited too even. Since you dont have that much money try searching it on the search engine google. Search "spring styles cheep" or something along those lines. Also try reading some new spring magazines that have spring styles.

tunics and babydolls are great for the spring!!! especially the ones with cute prints on them=) and those shorts that go right above your knees are good too. for shoes you can never go wrong with a cute pair of flip flops=) but what makes an outfit is the accessories that you wear with it.

well, if you've got little money and want a different look, just buy a couple of bright colored tops. you can get them for cheap at forever 21.
they're springy (if that's even a word. lol.) and lightweight for when it starts to get hot.
