HYDORGIN PEROXIDE works wonders with getting blood stains out. Put it on, and let it foam up. Leave for about a minute, then rinse off. Wash it, and it should be all good!

Cold water. Sprinkle on some Tide powder laundry detergent and make a paste. Let soak for about 30 mins. Wash in cold water.

Enzymatic treatments like Spray 'N Wash stain stick will really help.

Do not put t-shirt in dryer unless stain is gone or it will "bake" in.
