How should I celebrate tomorrow?

Do something you have always wanted to do. Don't do anything that will make you sick the next day. Don't do anything you will regret the next day. Do something you will remember for the next 20 years. Fix yourself up-Look nice in what ever makes you feel your best. Make sure you have some cake and ice cream and a candle to make a birthday wish with what ever you decide is memorable and fun. Have a Happy Birthday!

If you don't feel like being a dork, have a dinner party for some friends. If you want to be silly and have some fun, throw a theme party of some kind. I had a fondue party once which was fun (like I said, dorky). Theme the party off a movie, or your favorite holiday (Thanksgiving, April Fool's Day, w/e).
When it comes to parties, the sillier the idea the more fun it usually is.
